Are you facing some obstacles this semester? Maybe they're recurring problems, or maybe something new has come up. The middle of the semester can pose a lot of roadblocks!

The workshop will cover a range of topics, including procrastination, self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism, time management challenges, and external pressures. By understanding the underlying causes and effects of these roadblocks, you learn practical strategies and campus resources to help you navigate them effectively.
