Description

Join us to learn evidence-based skills to reduce distress and build resiliency. You've Got This Workshop is based on mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Linehan, 2015) and scheduled for four topics. Each meeting will include a brief mindfulness exercise.

Topic 1: Mindfulness and stress management (6/9, Tues. at 11am)
Topic 2: Thought as Thought (6/12, Fri. at 1pm)
Topic 3: Emotion as Emotion (6/16, Tues. at 11am)
Topic 4: Interpersonal Effectiveness (6/23, Tues. at 11am)

The meeting on 6/23 will focus on goals of interpersonal effectiveness, understanding factors that reduce interpersonal effectiveness, self-respect, and interpersonal communication patterns.
