This is a second opportunity for those who couldn't make the first workshop, or if you want to come again.

SURF-NIST is a great paid research opportunity in the summer for those interested in physics, material science, chemistry, applied mathematics, computer science, or engineering. UMBC undergraduates who are interested need to submit  a personal statement. Don't let that be the reason you couldn't participate in this awesome opportunity! This workshop will give you the tools you need for strong, well written personal statement, so don't miss out!
