If you are anything like us, your academic interests can take you far and across other disciplines. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to combine those interests into a competitive degree?
The Individualized Study Program is a popular choice for students who are looking to stand out from the crowd, dive deeply into research, and assemble a curriculum that combines multiple disciplines into a tangible capstone project and degree.
Representatives from the Individualized Study Program will be hosting this week's guest speaker session and will be discussing ways that current and previous students have designed their own majors in fields that are directly related to CNMS! Recent highlights include Biomimicry, Integrated Health, Bioprocess Engineering, Astrobiology, and Soundscape Ecology!
INDS Advisors will also provide insight into where their graduates are now and how they were able to market their bespoke degrees in the workplace, graduate, and professional schools (including Medical School).
