Description
RIO is designed to help you recognize your concerns and develop a clearer idea of what you want to change in your life. Many people think about ways to "fix" themselves. RIO uses mindfulness tools to help you get a better idea of what you want to change and how to get there. In order to get the most out of the series, it is important to complete all 3 weekly 45 minute seminars, which will be held at 12pm on Fridays in the Counseling Center on 12/2, 12/9, and 12/16.
